FINAL SALE POLICY

 

Original works are final sale except for damage in transit, which is subject to a 48-hour claim window. This means:

 

  • All purchases of original artworks and works are non-refundable and non-returnable once completed
  • - Sales are final upon order confirmation
  • - No exchanges are permitted
  • - The only exception is if the item arrives damaged during transit, in which case customers must submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof
