GODS MGMT currently ships within the United States. Additional destinations will be introduced as service becomes available. The terms below apply to United States orders. Sections for Canada, the EU, United Kingdom and Australia are included for reference and are not yet active — we do not accept orders from those markets at this time.

United States

Return window

14 days from the date you receive the work. Contact us within that window to start a return.

How refunds are issued

To the original payment method. We do not issue store credit or exchanges in place of a refund.

Proof of purchase

Your order number or the email address used at checkout.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Original outbound shipping is not refunded where the law permits us to withhold it.

Condition

The work must be returned in its original condition. We strongly ask that you keep and reuse the original packaging — it is purpose-built for the work and is the only packaging we can guarantee will protect it in transit. Returning without the original packaging does not by itself void your refund, but we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by damage in return transit or by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the work.

Final sale

The following are final sale and not eligible for return: oversized works, commissioned and custom works made to your specification, and trade or volume orders. Final-sale status is stated on the product page before purchase.

If your work arrives damaged

Please photograph the packaging and the artwork and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. This short window is a request, not a condition: carrier damage claims have tight filing deadlines and early notice is what lets us recover from them. Reporting later does not remove your legal rights. Risk of transit damage remains with us until the work is in your hands.

Canada — not currently available

We do not currently ship to or accept orders from Canada. When ordering opens for Canada, the applicable terms — including customs duties, import taxes and provincial distance-sale disclosures — will be published here before orders are accepted.

European Union and United Kingdom — not currently available

We do not currently ship to or accept orders from the EU or UK. When we open those markets, this section will set out the statutory rights that apply there, including the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the work and a further period to return it, refund of standard outbound delivery costs, the direct cost of returning bulky goods, a model cancellation form, and statutory rights in respect of faulty or non-conforming goods.

Australia — not currently available

We do not currently ship to or accept orders from Australia. When we open that market, this section will set out the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded, and the terms on which faulty goods are returned.
