Floater framing

A floater frame suspends the canvas inside the frame so the painting appears to float, with a narrow reveal around the edge. It suits oil on canvas because it leaves the painted edge visible rather than covering it.

Floater framing is available on request. Availability, finish and lead time are confirmed per work before any charge is made — framing is coordinated with the artwork so the two ship together.

Where a framing option is offered directly on a product page, it appears as a Finish option at checkout. Where it is not, contact us and we will confirm what is possible for that specific work.

Oversized works

Larger framed works may ship by freight. We will confirm the arrangement with you before dispatch.
